During the Vanadis Incident, Heingra mobile suits were launched from the Ulysses to block off Fólkvangr. Nyla Bertran warned Wendy Olent about smoke grenades before being killed by Cathedra. Nadim Samaya, piloting the Gundam Lfrith Pre-Production Model LF-01, dodged Heingra attacks and used GUND-BITs to destroy a Heingra, leading to orders for Heingra pilots to avoid one-on-one combat. Wendy, seeking revenge for Nyla, destroyed two Heingras with her Lfrith model and GUND-BITs.
In space, the XGF-02 Gundam Lfrith deployed Bit Staves to form the Compo GUND-BIT Shield. Eri used these to destroy two Heingras, then combined a Bit Stave with the Receiver Gun to form the GUND-BIT Rifle, destroying another Heingra in a single shot.
