A version of the RX-121-2A Gundam TR-1 [Advanced Hazel] equipped with the Primrose emergency escape pod is called the RX-121-2P Gundam TR-1 [Hazel Owsla]. The Primrose was developed to increase pilot and mobile suit data survival and recovery rates without compromising Hazel performance; to differentiate it from the standard Hazel, this version is called the Hazel Owsla since the Primrose replaces almost the whole chest and torso. The Hazel Owsla may accept even more extra weaponry and equipment functions, as well as employing a multitude of options to adapt to diverse combat scenarios, thanks to the Primrose's highly extendable design.

Similar to the Primrose, the Hazel Owsla can also be outfitted with an extensive range of backpacks and add-on weapons. These include the sub arm unit, the RX-121-2A Gundam TR-1 [Advanced Hazel]'s optical sensor unit and leg enhancement parts, the RX-121-2 Gundam TR-1 [Hazel II]'s tri booster unit, and the Advanced Hazel's multi connector pod and shield boosters. The Hazel Owsla is armed with a long blade rifle in most variants, and it can also use missile pods and the massive particle cannons of the Primrose as integrated armaments. The small shoulder armor of the RX-121-1 Gundam TR-1 [Hazel Custom] Sniper Unit is utilized by the majority of Hazel Owsla variants.
