The backpack unit is equipped with a central sub-generator unit that has 6 verniers, left and right thrusters binders and a propellant tank.

The 6 incoms provided in the thruster binder can be removed to perform a funnel bit mode while using the provided lead wires.

The kit is also completed with various equipment, that includes, a Hyper Knukle Buster - a high-powered shooting armament that was diverted from AMX-008 Ga-Zowmn. It also includes a shield, diverted from Bawoo unit, keeping the relief symbol of the Neo Zeon army. Also, a pair of beam saber can be holstered inside its forearm when not in use.

Constructed with aid from Anaheim Electronics from the debris of the RX-80PR Pale Rider, the Todesritter is a high performance mobile suit used by Neo Zeon in U.C. 0090. The machine's numerous driving systems were upgraded to more modern models, and the Pale Rider's antiquated semi-monocoque construction was swapped out for a moveable frame. Neo Zeon spared the HADES, which is kept in a black box inside the head unit.

The Todesritter was equipped with armaments that were taken from other Neo Zeon mobile suits, which gave it the ability to combat modern mobile suits. The INCOM, a wire-guided remote weapon, is equipped to use HADES's combat assistance function more efficiently, and two sub-arms that HADES could handle independently were fitted to the shoulders to further enhance its fighting capabilities. A sub-generator, two thruster binders, and two propellant tanks are included in the backpack's equipment.
